1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; the item must be in its original packaging (certified coins must remain in their original, unopened holders); and you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Buyback

We stand behind everything we sell. If a return is not approved, we will always offer to buy back any item purchased from us at our current buyback price. Contact us at avcjshop@gmail.com or call 951-757-0334 for a buyback quote.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item to the provided return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges

We offer refunds rather than exchanges. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at avcjshop@gmail.com and we will make it right.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

9. Cancellations and Market Loss Policy

Prices are locked at order confirmation. Collectible (non-bullion) orders may be cancelled without penalty within one hour of confirmation. Bullion orders may not be cancelled without penalty.

Cancellations of confirmed orders are subject to our Market Loss Policy: you are responsible for the difference between your confirmed price and our buyback price at the time of cancellation. We do not charge an additional cancellation fee. See our Ordering and Payment Policy for details.
