M&M Collectibles dba All Valley Coin & Jewelry (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) wants your experience purchasing coins, bullion, and collectibles to be clear, straightforward, and secure. This Ordering and Payment Policy explains how orders placed through our website allvalleycoinandjewelry.com (the “Site”) work, how prices are confirmed, and what payment methods we accept.

1. How Orders Work

All product images on our Site are representative of the items you will receive. Coin and bullion products may vary slightly in appearance from photographs due to the nature of the product — images should be used as a general quality reference, not an exact depiction.

Prices on our Site reflect current market conditions and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price at which your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a listed price contains a typographical, technical, or system error. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund of any payment received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

2. Order Confirmation and Price Lock

When you place an order and receive a confirmation number, you have entered into a binding purchase agreement at the confirmed price. Precious metals prices fluctuate continuously, and your confirmed price is locked at the time of order.

Because prices are locked at confirmation, cancellations after confirmation are subject to our Market Loss Policy. If you cancel a confirmed order, you are responsible for the difference between your confirmed price and our buyback price at the time of cancellation. Collectible (non-bullion) orders may be cancelled without penalty within one hour of confirmation; bullion orders may not. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

3. Payment

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment processes immediately. The prices shown on the Site are our credit and debit card prices.

Bank Wire, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are also accepted. Bullion-related items receive a 4% cash discount when paid by one of these methods — the discount is taken off the listed price and shown as a separate line on your order at checkout. Orders paid by check are held until funds have cleared.

Orders are entered into our processing queue upon receipt of cleared funds.

Payment must be submitted within 1 business day of order confirmation. Orders where payment is not received within this window may be cancelled, and the Market Loss Policy may apply.
