1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and cleared payment.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped: Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days. Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days. Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available on request).

All shipments are sent via FedEx. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders: bullion orders of 300 oz or more of silver, or 10 oz or more of gold or platinum; and coin and collectible orders of $2,500 or more.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

If you are located outside of our shipping areas, please contact us to discuss potential options.

5. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our store at 28480 Old Town Front St, Suite C, Temecula, CA 92590, during business hours: Monday–Friday 10:00am–5:00pm, Saturday 9:30am–5:00pm, closed Sunday (Pacific Time). We are closed New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

6. Signature Requirement and Insurance

For your protection, all shipments require an adult signature on delivery.

All shipments are insured while in transit.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Tracking information is typically active within 24–48 hours.

8. Damages, Lost Packages, and Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing items, notify us at avcjshop@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
